Looking to rent
- Hi my name is Berlene Berens I am currently looking to move into town Of Dryden for April first or at the earliest convenience. I am interested moving into a small 1-2 bedroom house or a 1-2 even 3 bedroom apartment if I can afford it. My budget is 1500 a month I already have first and last set aside ready. I am respectful and responsible neat and clean and take care of what’s mine and what isn’t fully mine I have never had any issues paying rent on time. I have always paid rent on time and never damaged any rental I dont party drink or anything i do smoke cigarettes but I promise you I smoke outdoors not only for my Childs health but my sisters as well as she has severe asthma so I would never jeopardize my sisters health as well. I like to keep to myself I am looking for a nice family oriented apartment for me and my 5 year old daughter. I currently work weekends but as soon as I find a place to rent in town I will be looking for full time employment which shouldn’t take very long but just in case I need a few months I have savings set aside for 1year. I am low maintenance I would never bother unless it’s absolutely necessary needing your attention. I like to keep to myself and keep a private life and not bother/interrupt anyone’s lives but also vary approachable and friendly and kind if someone is looking for some small chat or quick hello I am more than happy to interact if approached.
