Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our daily business operations on a Monday – Friday 8am-5pm schedule. In this role, you will work in our administrative department, ensuring that files are organized, communications are handled efficiently, and that office tasks are completed productively. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can pivot between tasks without losing focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing hard-copy and digital documents.

• Data Entry: Enter and process customer invoicing and payments.

• Communication: Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to basic email inquiries professionally.

• Reception: Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

• Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages and prepare outgoing shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an office environment or customer service role.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (multi-line phones, scanners).

• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Reliability: A high degree of punctuality and a “no task is too small” attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (e.g., boxes of paper or incoming shipments).
