Dryden Regional Health Centre (DRHC) is currently recruiting a Permanent Part-Time Shift Manager to join our Operations Management & Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Director, Inpatient & Emergency Services, the Shift Manager provides hospital-wide operational leadership during evening coverage and works collaboratively with Nursing Leadership to support day-to-day operations across inpatient and emergency services. In the absence of other managers, this role acts as the on-site manager, supporting staff, patient flow, and operational decision-making across departments.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 15:30–19:30
