We’re currently looking to hire a full-time Tire & Service Sales Representative for our Dryden, Ontario location.

Position Summary

As a Tire & Service Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help them select the right tires for their vehicles, provide accurate quotes, schedule service appointments, and support the daily operations of the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person and by phone in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist with tire selection based on vehicle use and seasonal needs
• Provide accurate quotes and information on products and services
• Handle invoicing and payment processing using POS systems
• Stay informed on current promotions and product offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized sales counter and waiting area
• Support inventory checks, stocking, and light merchandising tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tire sales, automotive service, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using basic computer and point-of-sale systems
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
