A Ministry of Labour Health and Safety inspection of the local Bombardier plant came back clean.
An inspection took place after several complaints claimed members of the plant’s management team were operating mobile equipment without the required training.
Company spokesperson Stephanie Ash says no orders were issued by the Ministry and they were satisfied that the site is compliant with necessary training requirements.
Unifor Spokesperson Dominic Pasqualino disagrees with the Ministry’s inspection findings.
