The Fort Frances Northwestern Health Unit is encouraging people to clean out their medicine cabinets.
Health Educator for the Northwestern Health Unit, Suzanne Danku, says people tend to not finish their medication or keep pills that have expired.

The expired meds can be dropped off at any pharmacy in the Rainy River District.
A prize will be awarded to the person who turns in the oldest medication.
