Dryden residents now have to keep a close eye on the condition of their property.
Council has passed a by-law requiring homeowners to better maintain their land.
Under the new rules, residents must clear snow and ice, keep grass and weeds below 20cm as well as house motor parts and vehicles that no longer work in an enclosed building.
Fines will be set at $105.
The by-law still needs to be approved by Council.
