Thunder Bay’s new Molecular Medicine Research Centre

will create 200 high end positions and 600 spin off jobs

in the community.

The federal government announced 14.7 million dollars

for the project.

Minister of Health Tony Clement says the centre will

bring together top researchers with state of the art

facilities.

Q:”…things.” 22 seconds

Clement feels the new research centre will also be an

incentive for recently graduated Northern Ontario Medical

students to stay and work in the region.
