Cliffs Launching Court Appeal

More drama with the Ring of Fire in the Far North.
Cliffs Natural Resources has filed a court appeal of a decision made by the Province’s Mining Commissioner that bans Cliffs from building a road on KWG mine claims in the Ring of Fire.
KWG Spokesperson Moe Lavigne isn’t sweating it.
Lavigne says it’s within Cliffs rights to appeal and they aren’t surprised by the move.
He believes the ruling was well written and supports their position.
Lavigne doesn’t believe there’s much ground for appeal.
Cliffs Spokesperson Bill Boor says they hope the appeal will solve some outstanding issues.
Boor hopes they can find a better solution and avoid a lengthy and contentious court process.
Boor says it will probably take six months to have the appeal heard.
