Closed Signs Being Posted On Ice Road

The Wabigoon Lake Ice Road will be off-limits for a bit.
The group that has jumped on board to maintain the road says crews need a couple of days to allow for the clearing and freezing process to take place.
Neil McLeod says closed signs will be posted today and he’s hopeful that the road will be ready to go for the weekend.
Three ice shack owners are leading an effort to try and raise the necessary funds to keep the road open and maintained for the rest of the winter.
