CN Rail Strike Hurting Fibratech in Atikokan

The Fibratech Particle Board Mill in Atikokan warns it may be forced
to temporaily shutdown if CN Rail doesn’t resolve its labour dispute soon.
President Dan Warren says not one train has come through to move the
plant’s inventory since the rail workers strike started a week ago.
Warren says he has 8-full rail cars sitting in his small warehouse that
are waiting to be shipped.
He estimates 75% of the company’s products are delivered by
rail.
Fibratech employes 140-people.
