In Loving Memory of Cody Lawrence Gale, age 17, who passed away on March 28, 2010.
Cody Gale is survived by his parents Lawrence and Susie, 4 brothers Hayden, Adam, Brady and Tannor and 1 sister Kimberley. Cody Gale is also survived by his 2 grandmothers, Helen Hamel of Winnipeg and Kathleen Gale of Newfoundland.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday April 1, 2010 at the New Life Assembly Church in Sioux Lookout at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Phil Smith officiating.
Interment of ashes at a later date.
