In Loving Memory of Neil Andrew Chukra, age 40, who passed away on March 27, 2010 after a long illness with his family by his side.
Neil Chukra is survived by his loving wife Chandra, step son Joseph, parents Andy & Margaret Chukra. Neil is also survived by his 4 brothers Dale, John, Eric & Riel and 1 sister Allison. Predeceased by one sister Deidre.
Visitation will be held at the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home on Wednesday March 31 2010 from 6:30 – 8:30 with prayers at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Services for Neil Chukra will be held on Thursday April 1, 2010 at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Sioux Lookout at 10:00 a.m. with Father Mike Mahoney officiating.
Interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Hudson.
