In what should come as no surprise, Dryden GM star forward Cole Golka has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
The 20-year-old lit it up last week, recording 13-points in four games.
The main highlight was a four goal performance against the Minnesota Iron Rangers.
Golka led Dryden GM to three out of a possible four wins and moved the team back above the .500 mark.
He is riding an eight-game point streak.
Golka is now the leading scorer in the league with 48-points.
Kyle Baril of the English River Miners also received consideration.
