Hospitals will be receiving money to purchase colonoscopy
equipment.
The Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation
handed out its first major donation yesterday to help the
region fight against cancer.
Chair Ken Bittle says they want to help more people get
screened for colon cancer.

The foundation donated 300-thousand dollars that will be
split up between the five Northwestern hospitals.
