A strike could be on the horizon if issues are not solved for teachers at community colleges across Ontario.
That includes educators at Confederation College campuses in Fort Frances, Dryden, Kenora and the main campus in Thunder Bay.
The main bone of contention is wages and workloads.
Across the province, the Ontario Public Service Employees Union teachers voted 80.4 percent in favor of strike, while at Confederation College, the vote was 84.7 percent in favor.
