Community college teachers across the province, including in Fort Frances, Dryden and Kenora could be walking the picket lines soon.
A strike vote was held by Ontario Public Service Employees Unions with an overall vote of 80.4 percent in favor.
Confederation College teachers voted 84.7 percent in favor.
They have 153 eligible voting teachers in the Confederation College system, and 111 voted strike while 20 were against.
Workload and wages are the two main issues.
