the city of dryden is being asked to offer financial incentives to
business owners to improve the look of their property.
the recommendation is contained in a draft community improvement plan
created by consultant jim dyment.
dyment says every building in the downtown has a drawing that shows an
improved facade relating to a fronteer town theme.
