The union representing workers in Ontario developmental services say they’ve reach an agreement with the province and community living agencies on the roll out of 180-million dollars.
The money was announced in the last provincial budget to tackle issues of high staff turnover, staffing shortages and recruitment.
The Canadian Union of Public Employees says funding for agencies it represents will help improve wages of frontline workers over the next two years.
