Confederation College Graduation Ceremony In Dryden

It’s celebration time for graduates at Confederation College.

The Dryden Campus held their Convocation ceremony Tuesday where 32 students received their diplomas and awards.

President Jim Madder hopes the students continue to aspire for great things as he talked about the importance to turning their dreams into reality.

Madder noted the College would always be there to support them.

Awards were given to students for both academic and community involvement.

Shauna Pinkerton graduated from the Native Child and Family Services program and was the recipient of the Academic Award of Excellence, the Campus Award of Excellence and the Board of Governors Award for the School of Health and Community Service.

The next ceremony is Thursday morning at 11:30 at St. Andrew’s United Church in Sioux Lookout.
