Confederation College is finding success for both the school and its students.
President Jim Madder says graduation rates have slowly but steadily increased.
The Graduation rate at Con College is 65.9%.
Madder says they have increased the amount of tutoring and support for students.
Madder also notes 89% of graduates find work in their field of study within six months.
That’s the second highest in Ontario.
