Connecting Communities In The Northwest

Municipal government representatives from across Northwestern Ontario have gathered in Dryden to learn more about e-government.
Dryden City Engineer Brad Johns helped organize a two-day seminar designed to bring communities closer together using the latest technology.
Johns says communities should be able to pool their resources and save money to make government more accessible to their residents.
Vendors from companies such as IBM, Telus and Canada Post are on hand during the seminar to educate municipalities about e-government programs.
