Conservative Hopeful Makes Regional Stop

A candidate for the Federal Conservative leadership is trying to drum up support in northwestern Ontario.

Rick Peterson made a brief stop in Thunder Bay and he talked about his campaign to eliminate corporate income tax.

He also talked about boosting support for the military, front-line police and the Canada Border Agency.

Peterson says his plan is the only one that will create the wealth and the tax revenue that can pay for badly need improvements.

The 61 year-old venture capitalist from B.C. is one of 14-candidates looking to replace Stephen Harper.
