The Manager of the Kenora Forest Products Mill has announced he will be seeking the Conservative nomination in the Kenora-Rainy River Riding.
Rod McKay says he likes the message of Tim Hudak’s Conservatives.
McKay feels its time for a change at Queen’s Park.
He says the decision by Howard Hampton not to run again, didn’t really affect his decision.
McKay is also a first term member of Kenora City Council.
McKay is the only person to declare his intention to run for the Tories so far.
A nomination date still has to be finalized.
