Ontario colleges are putting forward what they call a time limited offer to its faculty.
The four year proposal includes increasing salaries by 7.5% over the length of the deal.
This would bring the highest paid employee earning more than $115,000 by October, 2020.
The Colleges’ Bargaining Team wants the Ontario Public Service Employees Union to allow its members to vote on the offer instead of holding a possible strike vote next month.
