Talks between the Kenora District Services Board and Land Ambulance Paramedics have broken down again.
The 2 sides met with a mediator last week to try and work out some of their contract issues.
Chief Administrative Officer for the Services Board, Sten Lif says money remains the biggest hurdle to a new agreement.
Most of the paramedics have been without a contract since September of 2001.
No new negotiations are scheduled.
Land Ambulance workers are not allowed to strike.
