The Rainy River District School Board is concerned about the possible
escalation of a work-to-rule campaign by Elementary Teachers.
Director of Education Warren Hoshizacki says job action tends to
increase as time goes on but he’s hopeful the 2-sides will reach a contract
agreement soon.
Job action continues in the Keewatin-Patricia School District as
elementary instructors are not attending any staff meetings or professional
development days outside the school day.
Another round of talks is planned for April 18th and 19th.
