Hampton on Blackout Scare

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton says local residents should be
relieved that Northwestern Ontario is part of the Manitoba electrical grid.
Electricity reserves dropped to emergency levels in Central Ontario
last week, forcing another blackout scare.
Hampton says the Liberals energy policy is flawed and they have no plan to fix the problem.
The NDP Leader adds the near brownout reinforces the need to establish a
power grid through Northwestern Ontario from Manitoba.
