It may be a moot point but a vote date has been set for striking college teachers to accept or reject management’s latest offer to end the college strike, now into its fourth week.
The Ontario Labour Relations Board has ordered the vote to start at 9am next Tuesday, with the final ballot cast Thursday at 10am.
The Ontario Public Service Employees Union is telling its members to turn the offer down, with Confederation College President Jim Madder calling it a good deal.
