A coroner’s inquest looking into the death of a northwestern Ontario man has been scheduled to start May 2nd in Lac Seul.
The probe will look deeper into the fatal shooting of 39-year-old Brian Gray during a police stand-off on Whitefish Bay First Nation back in 2010.
An investigation by the Special Investigation Unit later cleared three OPP officers in Sioux Lookout of any wrong-doing.
The inquest was originally scheduled for last fall, but was delayed.
