Paquette believes these types of incidents will become the new normal.
Paquette predicts many of the larger attacks will remain devastating and intense, future attacks in North America will likely remain smaller and isolated.
She notes we are now dealing with a thoroughly developed terror network.
Paquette believes it’ll be very difficult, if not impossible, to stop ISIS.
The Brussels attacks have now killed 35, while injuring 250 others.
