An immediate challenge for Martin MacKinnon.
The first-time Councilor has been handed the City of Dryden Finance portfolio.
MacKinnon will have his work cut out for him as Mayor Craig Nuttall has pledged to keep costs down, while maintaining services and a minimal tax rate.
MacKinnon will also look after the Dryden Development Corporation portfolio.
Mayor Craig Nuttall says he’s happy with his selection, noting he met with all Councilors before making the appointments.
