The Council of Canadians says CN Rail needs to retire its intimidation tactics.
The social action organization is calling on CN to lift a court injunction against First Nation protesters in the Kenora area.
They say the company sought a court order against a woman from Grassy Narrows for protesting crude oil tank cars, which have caused large fires and significant water pollution in Northern Ontario recently.
The Council of Canadians says CN is being unreasonable by trying to silence people who want to protect our waters.
The injunction has since been extended, with a court date set for May 14.
