Not a lot of bells and whistles in the Liberal government’s third budget.
That’s according to Bruce Ball who is with Canada’s Professional Accountants.
Ball says it’s the lull before the election season next year.
He notes the only room for improvement would be tightening the purse strings.
Ball adds there was no path to a balanced budget and he would have liked to see more discipline around expenditures.
