A CKDR listener contacted our Newsroom reporting an attempted scam.
The caller advised her that there were fraudulent charges on her credit card.
The person claimed to be from Visa and requested personal and banking information.
If you receive a call like this, hang up and check your credit card to ensure there are no suspicious charges.
