Updated Statistics for the Northwestern Ontario and
Northern Minnesota Crimestoppers have been released.
Coordinator Garry Potter says the local program has seen
a 25% jump in tips since 2004-2005.

Since the program’s inception over 14 thousand calls
have come in, resulting in nearly 2 thousand charges.
Crimestopper’s volunteers are going door to door in
Kenora selling discount coupons for various businesses,
money raised will go towards administrative costs, and
tips.
