They only met a couple of months ago, but four grandpas are now on a cross-Canada bike trek for various causes.
Mike Tanner and his new friends are in Dryden for a rest.
Tanner is raising funds and awareness for the palliative care program in his hometown of Sarnia, Ontario as his late wife helped develop the program.
He is specifically centred on the “Music Therapy” initiative.
Tanner says never in his wildest dreams that he thought he would jump on a bike and travel what is now 32-days in a row.
He notes everyone during their journey has been supportive and generous.
