A group of cyclists has reached northwestern Ontario as part of their cross-country ride.
They are raising funds for the Canadian Foundation for Aids Research.
Cyclist Tommy Streit says they’ve already surpassed their $10,000 goal.
Streit notes they have now pushed their goal to $25,000 in order to secure a research grant.
He stopped in Dryden, Kenora and Thunder Bay last week.
