Cultural Centre in Sioux Lookout Put on Hold

A Cultural-Heritage Centre in Sioux Lookout has been put on hold.
Council has decided to not move forward on the multi-million dollar project citing a lack of money.
Superbuild pledged 33% of the funds necessary for the project but the Town was well short in its fund-raising efforts.
Government Officials have told Sioux Lookout the decision will not have an impact on any future applications.
Town CAO John Baird says they will likely re-visit the concept down the road.
