The Canadian Union of Public Employees says a planned increase for home care and community-based personal support workers has failed to materialize.
The $1.50 increase was to take effect Wednesday.
But CUPE says community agencies that employ workers have not seen health ministry funding for the wage increase come through.
Vice-President Michael Hurley says he’s disappointed in the Liberal government having missed its own deadline.
