CUPE on Health Care

The Canadian Union of Public Employees is warning that health care in
Northwestern Ontario will take a step back under the new Local Health
Integration Network.
The Union has a press conference scheduled for noon in Dryden Tuesday to
discuss what they call radical changes being proposed by the McGuinty
Government.
Michael Hurley says merging more health services will pose incredible
barriers for Northern patients.
