In Memory of David Dwayne Pollard, age 59 who passed away peacefully on Monday April 8, 2013 at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
David was born on September 22, 1953 in Fort Frances, Ontario.
David is survived by his daughter, Jillian Kondra of Winnipeg, mother Della Mae Pollard of Eagle River, brothers Gene(Claudette) of Waldhof, Gordon (Diane) , Phillip (Barb), all of Eagle River, Mark (Shelli) of Minneapolis, MN, sisters Deanna (Don) Pitchanese, Anne (Daniel) Langlais, Gail (Glenn) Wise, Jane (Mike) Peterson all of Eagle River, Betty (Roland) Levesque of Dryden, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his father Eugene, sister Irene Smith, brothers Joseph, Bruce, and so recently by his oldest brother Dennis.
There will be no Visitation as Cremation has taken place.
Interment of ashes will be at a later date in Eagle River Community Cemetery.
The family invites you to join them for a luncheon to celebrate David’s life on Friday, April 12th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Eagle River Community Centre.
