David Ramsay to Review Lottery System

Natural Resources Minister David Ramsay says he will review
recommendations on improving the province’s moose tag lottery system.
The comments come after N-D-P Natural Resources Critic Gilles Bisson
pressed for changes, saying some Northerners haven’t received a tag in 25
years.
Ramsay says he’s prepared to do a review with public consultation.
But he says the problem is that there are 100,000 hunters, but
only 16,000 moose available for hunting.
