A Nova Scotia man has been found not guilty by reason of mental disorder in a Greyhound bus crash near Upsala.
A judge delivered the verdict in Thunder Bay yesterday.
23-year-old Shaun Davis was charged with manslaughter and criminal negligence causing death in connection with the December 2000 bus crash.
An elderly London woman died and several others were injured when the bus rolled down an embankment.
During the trial, the defence argued Davis has a mental disorder and was not criminally responsible for grabbing the steering wheel of the bus.
