Shaun Davis, the man who forced a Greyhound bus off the road near Upsala, has testified at the inquest into the fatal crash.
Davis told the jury if people ask for help, they should get it.
Davis said he told OPP officers in Ignace about fears concerning passengers on the bus he was travelling on.
He was reluctant to get on another bus but he thought the officers were trying to help him.
When asked for his suggestion to prevent a similar tragedy, Davis noted a scared person should never be stuck on a bus full of people.
