Long term investment and economic opportunities.
Those will be two areas of high priority as the Dryden Development Corporation begins the process of drafting a strategic plan.
Office Manager Nicole Gale believes it will help shape future decisions at the Council level.
She says it will also help the City as it examines the possibility of conducting their own plan.
Gale notes the plan will better prepare them when funding opportunities come forward.
The DDC strategic plan will identify what businesses and residents need to be successful and will build on the recent business retention and expansion survey conducted by the Chamber of Commerce.
Gale notes they will be engaged with the public and gathering their feedback when completing the strategy.
