DDC No Longer Running Winter Festival

The City of Dryden is looking for someone to run the Dryden Winter Festival.
The City is no longer in a position to organize and fund the annual event and is looking for user groups and volunteers to take over.
That would include getting donations for the prizes and the volunteers needed to run the event.
The Dryden Development Corporation says this is a popular community festival and they are looking to support the event into 2014 where possible.
The DDC says they will assist with marketing, advertising and maintenance of the website.
The festival is scheduled for February 16th to 17th.
