The Founding Dean of the Northern Ontario Medical School is not disappointed by a year long delay for the start of classes.
Dr. Roger Strasser is in Kenora this week for an aboriginal workshop and says he stands behind the move to open in 2005.
Strasser says there are a number of details that have to be ironed out before they can start accepting students to the Thunder Bay and Sudbury campuses.
Strasser says the most important hurdle will be getting the proper accreditation.
