Death in Sioux Narrows

A bizarre incident in Sioux Narrows has resulted in the death of an American visitor.
Just before 2:00 Sunday morning, the Sioux Narrows Volunteer Fire department was called out to help look for a man who had jumped off the Sioux Narrows Bridge.
There are reports that 2-people had jumped off the bridge, but only 1 managed to make it to the surface.
The OPP’s Underwater Search and Recovery Unit was called in and divers managed to locate the body of the missing man around 5:00 Sunday afternoon.
The deceased is a 27-year-old, but his name has not yet been released.
