Dental Care Front And Centre At Queen’s Park

Accusations are flying at Queen’s Park that the Wynne government is leaving thousands of children without dental care.
The NDP claim the Healthy Smiles program will no longer be funded and that means thousands of children will not be getting proper dental care.
However, Premier Kathleen Wynne explains six different programs are being consolidated to make better use of the funds.
Wynne says by her calculations, 70,000 more low income kids are getting dental services under the new formula.
